Sunset on Wales's Highest Mountain
This isn't just any trek to the top of Wales's highest mountain! This is a chance to experience the most incredible sunset horizon; just as you reach the summit of one of the most famous and magnificent mountains in the world!
Saturday - Snowdon (Rhyd-Ddu Path)
09:00: Leave Oxfordshire
12:00: Lunch stop
15:00: Arrive at Betwsy-y-Coed accommodation
16:00 Depart accommodation
17:00 Start Snowdon hike via Rhyd Du path
20:00 Sunset Time from Snowdon Summit
20:30: Begin Descent
23:00: Finish & head for accommodation
Sunday - Aber Falls & Swallow Falls
09:00: Short walk around Betws-y-Coed.
10:00 Depart accommodation.
10:30 Swallow Falls stop - short walk to see the tallest uninterrupted waterfall in Wales.
11:00 Leave Betsw-y-Coed.
12:00: Hike up Aber Falls (including an optional WILD SWIM in a hidden ravine!).
16:00: Finish hike after visiting the foot of Aber Falls.

Where the heathered slopes do lie,
With rugged peaks that reach
Unto the ever-changing sky,
Where Snowdon stands before me now
As clouds begin to break,
Llanberis still the morning light
Now rests upon the lake.
