Dark Peak District: March 12-13th 2022
The Peak District in Derbyshire is an area that sports a double personality.
While the southern White Peak landscape is soft, with limestone caves and lush green valley, the northern Dark Peak is wild and wonderful with wide open spaces punctuated by clumps of unkempt heather and great big hills. Its Victorian grandeur leaves you feeling like horsemen clad in black capes might just race across the horizon.
